Physics-based digital twin

A physics-based digital twin simulates expected pV curves under current process conditions. Deviations in measured pV curves are matched against simulated curves to identify possible root causes automatically.

Historical twin

The historical twin constructs nominal models of all waveforms recorded by accelerometers on a crankshaft-referenced basis. When new measurements significantly deviate from defined confidence intervals, a notification is triggered.
